Automotive Industry
Primarily used for automotive painting, coatings, paints, and precision cleaning processes. Water quality standards typically range from 0.1 to 15 μm/cm, and a combination of treatment processes such as quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and EDI can be adopted according to specific user requirements.
Metallurgical Industry
Applied in tungsten metallurgy, including ammonium paratungstate, tungsten powder, tungsten rods, as well as molybdenum and vanadium metallurgy involving ammonium molybdate and metallic molybdenum.
Boiler Feedwater
Mainly used for boiler supply across various industries, focusing on controlling parameters such as suspended solids, hardness, dissolved solids, dissolved oxygen, pH and alkalinity of boiler water, relative alkalinity, and oil content.
Cooling Circulation
Widely applied in petrochemicals, power generation, steel, and metallurgy industries, where circulating cooling water accounts for 50–90% of total industrial water consumption. Due to varying salt concentrations in raw water, concentrated cooling water must be discharged at certain multiples, requiring continuous makeup with fresh water.
